Assessment Feedback

According to the schedule, students receive post-evaluation feedback via Candidate Portal:

  • feedback for each written question;
  • written question summary form;
  • MCQ summary form (modules 1 through 3 only);
  • module transcript; and
  • academic history.

Written question feedback
Students receive one feedback form for each written question, containing feedback on the elements and issues in the question:

  • For each element: a description of the element and achieved/not achieved status
  • For each issue: overall assessment (competency not achieved, marginal competency, basic competency, and competency with distinction) and a description of the four assessment levels

Written question summary form
The written question summary form lists the student's level (competency not achieved, marginal competency, basic competency, competency with distinction) for each competency evaluated in the written responses.

MCQ summary form
The MCQ summary form (modules 1 through 3 only) lists the student's level (competency not achieved, marginal competency, basic competency, competency with distinction) for each competency evaluated in the MCQ.

Module transcript
The module transcript summarises the results for each component of the module: face-to-face session, online tasks, and evaluation day. The transcript also includes an evaluation summary, which lists the total number of competencies assessed at each level (competency not achieved, marginal competency, basic competency, competency with distinction) in the MCQ and written questions.
